The Amcor PLM10000EH portable air conditioner with full-functioning LCD remote control cools up to 300 sq ft. Three cooling fan speeds, a heat function, a dehumidification function, an adjustable thermostat, a 3M Filtrete filter that helps remove pollen, bacteria, dust and animal dander, an activated carbon filter helps remove odor and a programmable timer. The patented Evaporative Booster Technology makes this unit more efficient. During the cooling process, water is extracted from the air as it passes through the unit. Most of this water is used to cool the unit and make it run more efficiently. This unit has a built-in water tank (not removable) with a drain outlet. When the tank fills, the compressor stops running. This indicates that the tank should be emptied. AC must be vented via exhaust hose and window kit (included) ? no permanent installation required.
